Deposits & Appointment Changes

As per our terms and conditions, deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to change your appointment, we require a minimum of three working days’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

While we strive to attend and complete all treatments as scheduled, there are rare circumstances beyond our control that may affect your appointment. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel or traffic delays (your treater will update you if this occurs)
  • Equipment or machine failure (in which case, we will offer you the next available booking)
  • Temporary payment technology/network issues (alternative payment methods will be required)
  • Illness of your treater (an alternative consultant will be offered where possible)

In such circumstances, your deposit will remain non-refundable; however, you will be offered an alternative appointment date at the earliest available time.

Appointment Guidelines

  • Please arrive at your appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time to complete the necessary paperwork.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of your appointment.
  • Lipo 360 strives to ensure appointments run on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, and we reserve the right to postpone or cancel appointments with prior notice.
  • We will inform you of any required preparation for your treatment in advance. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in cancellation of the appointment, additional charges, or reduced treatment time.
  • Upfront payments for treatments are non-refundable if you change your mind. However, the paid amount can be credited towards an alternative treatment.
  • Please note: We do not accept phone messages as official communication for cancellations or changes.

Payments, Deposits, and Credit Card Details

  • To secure your appointment, a deposit of £50 to £300 is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer, cash, debit card, or credit card.
  • This deposit will be applied towards your treatment costs on the day of your appointment.
  • Full payment for all treatment bookings is due upon arrival at the clinic, before the commencement of treatment.
  • Purchased treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Course of Treatments

  • All treatments purchased as a course must be fully paid for in advance of your first treatment.
  • All treatments within a course must be booked or taken within one year of the purchase date. Any treatment remaining unbooked or unattended after one year will be forfeited.
  • Lipo 360 cannot be held responsible if desired results are not achieved or are less visible due to a client’s failure to follow recommended treatment courses and/or aftercare instructions.
  • Treatment results vary from individual to individual and cannot be guaranteed, as they are influenced by lifestyle, diet, and existing medical conditions.

Treatment Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment without prior notice.
  • Failure to disclose medical conditions that may contraindicate treatment may result in refusal of service and a full cancellation charge.

Vouchers and Special Offers

  • Discounts are not combinable with other offers and apply only to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once a booking is made.
  • Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your voucher.
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule voucher bookings. All management decisions regarding vouchers are final.

Treatment Suitability

  • Before proceeding with any treatment, we continuously assess its suitability and likelihood of success.
  • Should a treatment be deemed unsuitable, we will provide the reason, and you will only be responsible for the initial consultation fee, if applicable.

Liability

  • Lipo 360 is not liable for economic losses (including loss of profit) or any special, consequential, or indirect damages connected to its provision of goods or services.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide Lipo 360 with all relevant medical history, including any pre-existing medical conditions, before each treatment.
  • Lipo 360 is not liable for damages, including personal injury, resulting from a client’s failure to disclose such details.
  • Clients agree to follow all post-treatment instructions and recommendations provided by Lipo 360 regarding the care of a treated area.
  • These terms do not limit or exclude Lipo 360’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Lipo 360 or its agents’ negligence.

Deposits

  • A 100% no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except when you are unable to continue with the treatment due to medical reasons.
